Herewith we would like to give you some information concerning the treatment of your common and sensible personal data. The treatment holder is Pegaso Telematic University whose centres are: Naples in Via Vittoria Colonna,14- Angolo Piazza Vittoria Mercato San Severino ( SA ) in Via san Vincenzo Lotto 12 We inform you according to ex L.675/96 and D.Lgs 196/2003 ( then T.U ), giving dispositions on the people’s and the other subjects’ safeguarding with respect to the personal date treatment , that the personal data given by you or acquired during the conclusion of the formative activities you chose ( University course, Master, post-graduate course, Specialization course ) are to be treated by respecting dispositions above-mentioned and the privacy duties. The conclusion of the formative activities includes both the functions instrumental and connected with the enrolment for the formative courses and the ones connected with the student’s administrative management during the whole formative course. Pegaso Telematic University is promoted and supported by Unipegaso Spa, placed in Naples in via Filippo Palizzi,2- 80127 Naples, to which this University has entrusted with the management of administrative and management procedures concerning the student ( Read the DPS ). Likewise, in order to reach institutional purposes aimed at the diffusion, facilities for the study entrance and the orientation to the university and post-university training, the University has delegated a part of its own activities to external autonomous subjects, called ECP ( E-learning Center Point ) that will be listed later on a special section of the site www.unipegaso.it. The ECP is an entity selected, made up of and coordinated by Unipegaso, that is a technical and organizing spreading of the University , through which, the students, by using the ECP organization, can use the structures at their disposal in order to follow by telematic way the formative course chosen. Besides, the ECP helps the student in the study choices and in the possible dispatch of administrative matters. Therefore, the treatment of the students’ personal data, that belongs to the University, is effected by Unipegaso Spa and by the ECP in accordance with the dispositions of L.675/96 and of D.Lgs 196/003 and of the privacy duties and as external collaborators , as demonstrated by appointment letter kept in the University’s documents. Generally the documents are managed: - by computer , on the external collaborators Unipegaso Spa’s electronic instruments and on the one used by various ECP collaborators functionally connected with the business organization and on paper support, kept in a specific area of Pegaso Telematic University, in locked wardrobes. - the data, whichever is the treatment modality, are managed, memorized and kept in places protected of the University where only individuals well identified are allowed to go and in particular: - Managing Director , present at the University - Director of Information System present at the University The treatment of personal data includes their collection, recording, organization, preservation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, spreading, cancellation, that is the combination of two or more than two of these operations. The following internal individuals of Pegaso Telematic University have been appointed in order to treat the students’ personal data: - Managing Director, present at the centre - Director of Information System, present at the centre - Didactic guides, present at the centre - Evaluators, Teachers, and Tutors at the centre in Salerno - Call Center, present at the centre. and the external individuals mentioned above. The treatment of the personal and sensible data is necessary for the conclusion of Pegaso Telematic University’s formative activities and for the fulfilment connected with his role as a telematic student and user, as regards the fulfilment of the University’s institutional aims , and also for the use of the administrative, managing services, of treasury and of others necessary. The possible refusal to give them, or the communication of false data won’t allow the enrolment and matriculation procedures to start, and so the enrolment and matriculation application will be thrown back. The data treatment given or acquired by you can be effected also by individuals who can enter your personal data according to law or secondary rule. These data will be given to the judicial authority requiring them explicitly. As for the data treatment kept in Your Curriculum Vitae/Curriculum Studiorum they are communicated to the competent persons in strictly accordance with the Law and Regulations and exclusively for the University’s institutional purposes, and particularly in a simple and not at all exhaustive way, for the possible integrative activities, for the stage activities and the orientation to the work. Your data will also treated internally on CRM systems ( Customer Relationship Management )in order to monitor and improve your satisfaction , make market researches, define and correct strategic and information initiatives , send advertising materials and carry out commercial communication activities.
