Paolino Fierro

Paolino Fierro is an Associate Professor of Business Organization at Unipegaso University and serves as an Account Manager for the Digital Transition Department of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. He holds a PhD in Business Economics and Public Administration from the University of Salerno and has a comprehensive background in compliance, GDPR, internal auditing, and organizational design. Additionally, he is a Visit Professor at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires. His research primarily explores responsible leadership, organizational learning, public administration performance, and the digital transformation of organizations. Fierro has authored numerous publications on corruption in public institutions, the role of knowledge sharing in ethical behavior, and the development of smart cities through social innovation. He actively contributes to academic discussions on business organization, leadership, and public sector reforms.
